Normally our assignments come from a board of directors or a managing director and we begin by making a company-description.

After discussion with keypersons in the company we put together an actual survey of the companies organisation, the world around, economy, market, aim, products and so on. Furthermore we make a judgement of the company’s strong and weak sides and the climate of the organisation.

The company-description is a valuable tool in the following discussions with searched candidates. At the same time it constitutes a base for the essential position- and searchprofile. The result of the recruitment is dependent on this fundamental work. Therefore we devote a proportionately big interest in this part of the recruitmentprocess.

When the company- description with the position- and searchprofile is approved by the client, we activate the searchprocess. Our long and wide experience from trade and industry has given us a huge and valuable contactnet on different levels. We also have a computerised register of candidates.

Presentation of candidates whose qualifications correspond to the discussed profile will be done both orally and in writing. Finally we introduce the actual candidates with one or more representatives from our clientcompany. We oraly report for our client our opinion about the individs skils and his or hers fitness for the position. Usually we are responsible for the contacts with referents.

Decision about employment and negotiation with the final candidate is made by our client. However we are willingly at our clients disposal for assistance concerning the appointment-contract and other matters concerning the appointment.

A follow-up with our client and the employee, is made approximately six months after the employment has started.
